butuh nunggu 3 tahun yahh buat jadi juara EPL lagi...
butuh pertandingan terakhir buat jadi juara EPL..
butuh diving-diving yg bodoh buat jadi juara EPL...
butuh sering mrotes wasit buat jadi juara EPL..
butuh banyak wasit yg jadi MU haters buat jadi juara EPL..

so.....cheer up mate.....it's not end of the world for united
Proud of their fight until last game

United will bounce back next season ....

( It's not your time , Roo ; U can get "Golden Boot" next time )

We'll be back next season .... and reclaim the EPL 10/11 title :devil2:

Congratzz buat Chelsea yg udh memenangkan perburuan gelar EPL musim ini
in the end, you guys have the right to win this title..

but, we'll be back next season w/ a stronger squad (I hope)...
selamat menikmati trophy BPL season ini yee...

The story of Chelsea's title campaign
Soccernet, Michael Da Silva - May 9, 2010

Chelsea only won the Premier League by a single point and, although the Londoners led for much of the campaign, they were never out of sight. Even Arsenal managed to reach the Premier League summit on a couple of occasions in March. But Chelsea's ability to score goals against anyone saw them claim a deserved first Premier League title under Carlo Ancelotti, in what was an often turbulent season.

When the Italian arrived in west London many fans expected a return to the defensive, pragmatic tactical approach of the 'Special One' Jose Mourinho. But nothing could have been further from the truth as Ancelotti only tweaked a squad that had been so inconsistent under Felipe Scolari. From Terrygate to the injuries to Michael Essien and Ashley Cole, Chelsea did it the hard way and here are the pivotal moments.

Drogba late show against Hull

Back on a balmy afternoon in August, Chelsea were struggling to overcome a Hull side that had set themselves up well and looked on course to gain a deserved 1-1 draw. But you can never rule out Didier Drogba. With the 90 minutes up, the Ivorian scored a bizarre goal in injury time that ensured Carlo Ancelotti won his first Premier League game as Chelsea manager. With Drogba attempting to toss the ball in from the left, his mis-hit cross looped over the scrambling Boaz Myhill in the Hull goal and clinched victory for Chelsea in the most fortuitous manner.

December Blues

Between August and November, Chelsea were threatening to be runaway winners of the league. Chelsea's last game in November, a 3-0 hammering of Arsenal, saw Chelsea open an 11-point gap on Arsene Wenger's side, with Didier Drogba at his inspirational best on a rainy night at the Emirates. But despite this, Chelsea's form dipped throughout December and the Blues picked up a poor nine points from a possible 18, including a defeat at Manchester City and draws with Everton, West Ham and Birmingham.

Chelsea's last game of a disappointing month saw local rivals Fulham come to Stamford Bridge. With Chelsea 1-0 down with little over 15 minutes to go, Didier Drogba nodded in to equalise, before Fulham's 20-year-old debutant Chris Smalling scored an own goal. Had he not scored that own goal, Smalling's new club Manchester United, and not Chelsea, would be celebrating the Premier League title.

After that game, Ancelotti tellingly declared Chelsea's slump over. He said: "This could be an important victory in the season because I'm very happy with the reaction of the team during a bad spell. We reacted as a team and not individuals."

Terrygate :hammer:

The John Terry-Wayne Bridge affair was a bolt from the blue and was undoubtedly the most unsettling influence on Chelsea's season. Chelsea's usually austere defence rarely gets breached at Stamford Bridge, yet when Wayne Bridge's Manchester City visited London in February - merely a month after the scandal broke - Terry's form was at its lowest. The 'will they or won't they shake hands' soap opera consumed the tabloids in the days leading up to the Manchester City game, with the entire saga having a sorry effect on the now former England captain's form, Chelsea were rocking.

They conceded four that day and, despite Ancelotti's best efforts to keep his team focused, there was no doubt that Terrygate was affecting the whole team. Ancelotti recently admitted that the team meeting he conducted after the 4-2 defeat to Manchester City was crucial in focusing his players' minds at a time when Wayne Rooney's prolific form was keeping Manchester United's dreams of a fourth consecutive title alive.

Top-three form

When Carlo Ancelotti looks back on this season he will accept that they won it by hitting top form against the top teams. Chelsea's consistency against last season's top three - Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal - saw the Blues take a maximum 18 points without conceding a single goal. This staggering record ensured that Chelsea always kept their rivals at arm's length.

Chelsea's visit to Old Trafford

Chelsea went to Old Trafford on April 3 in the knowledge that a win would see them go top and keep Manchester United and Arsenal at bay. Chelsea were by far the better side at Old Trafford and, having pounded Aston Villa 7-1 the previous weekend, a confident Chelsea performance was rewarded by Joe Cole's slinky opener.

But Didier Drogba is never far from controversy and although his 79th minute strike was rifled in expertly, he was clearly offside and, although Manchester United pulled a goal back through Federico Macheda two minutes later, Sir Alex Ferguson was enraged that the goal had been allowed to stand. After the game, he said: "What I can't understand is the linesman's directly in front of it. He has no one near him and he gets it wrong. A game of that magnitude, you really need quality officials and we didn't get them today. It was a poor, poor performance."

Fergie pays tribute to champions Chelsea
MEN - May 10, 2010

Sir Alex Ferguson paid tribute to Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti and the Londoners as they wrecked United's historic bid for a record 19th title and four Premier League crowns on the trot.

The Italian's first season in England has seen him engineer Chelsea's first title success since 2006.

United's valiant history- making bid and final day 4-0 success against Stoke, was eclipsed at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea went goal crazy to crush ten-man Wigan 8-0.

"It is the hardest league in the world to win and we applaud Chelsea in winning this title as we know how hard it is to win it," said Sir Alex.

"I congratulate Carlo Ancelotti. It is a wonderful achievement. He is a good manager and a good guy.

"It was always going to be a hard ask to expect Wigan to get something at Chelsea. Once we heard they had gone down to ten men our hopes evaporated.

"At half-time I had accepted the fact that they were going to be champions."

Ferguson vowed that the Reds would regroup in the summer and target that 19th title next term.

"Of course, we will come back next year that is exactly what Manchester United do. We will go again.

"Losing it adds to the hunger. We have won the last three and we know what an achievement that is. The players have been great."

United lost seven league matches during the course of the campaign but the Reds' boss refuses to torment himself over missed opportunities.

"I am not going to agonise over all that," he added.

"There are many things you could talk about. Crucially the decision down at Stamford Bridge was a bad one against us (a free kick was awarded against Darren Fletcher and the resulting set piece led to a Chelsea goal).

"That maybe swung the whole title round if you think about it. But you can't agonise over it. Sometimes you get the breaks and sometimes you don't."

The United manager was also keeping his transfer plans for the summer under wraps.

"We will look at the structure of the club. I think it is a good structure," he said.

"We have worked hard over the years bringing young players in and developing them.

"We will have to assess all that.

"There maybe one or two things but at the moment I have nothing to say."

Ancelotti, meanwhile, praised the Reds as fantastic opponents as he claimed Chelsea's first league title in four years is just the start of a new era in the club's history.

The Italian guided the Blues to their first Barclays Premier League crown since the days of Jose Mourinho and he could even surpass that by winning an historic double next week.

But even though Chelsea have been labelled an ageing side that requires rebuilding, Ancelotti maintains the squad has the capacity to go on winning more silverware.

"I think that this club will have a future because these players are not so old and we have a very good squad, for next year and the years after," said a delighted Ancelotti.

"We had a fantastic season, not only by winning the Premier League, but because we showed a good style on the pitch.

"After the first year, I hope to stay here a long time and win a lot of titles.

"We closed the season very well with a fantastic performance. I think that, at the start of this match, there was a bit of pressure on us and we didn't play so well. We had fantastic opponents and Manchester United stayed with us right to the end.

"I said it would go to the last game, so we have to be proud and happy that we won against such a fantastic team like United. They were a very good opponent.''

Chelsea's march to the title
An in-depth look at how Chelsea won their third Premier League title.

In a season with an unprecedented number of peaks and troughs, the statistics suggest that Chelsea deserved their Barclays Premier League title, writes Stewart Coggin.

Victors home and away against Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool, scorers of 103 goals (six more than the previous record total set by United in 1999/00), seven netted on no fewer than three occasions, eight against Wigan Athletic; the figures all add up for Carlo Ancelotti in his first season at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea's goal difference of +71 is an all-time Premier League high. Even in the days when 42 matches were played over a season, United's goal difference of +42 was the highest any team could achieve. This spectacular figure was down in no small part to the 7-2 win over Sunderland, the 7-1 defeat of Aston Villa and the 7-0 dismissal of Stoke City.

Set Pieces

Most of Chelsea's goal bonanzas arrived in the final few weeks of the season. But in the first two thirds of the campaign it looked as though the club's ambitions may be undermined by frailties at the other end. For there were periods when Chelsea slumped, dogged by an inability to defend set-pieces in the air.

These were ruthlessly exposed by Aston Villa in October, while Stoke, Wigan and Hull City were among other teams to profit from hesitancy at the back. "We know about it. I know very well how many goals we have (conceded) from set pieces," Ancelotti said in February.

Five clean sheets in the last six matches suggested Ancelotti was indeed aware of it, and fixed it.

Devastating Presence

There is little doubt that Ancelotti's decision to abort the diamond formation he used in his days at AC Milan in favour of a fluid 4-3-3 / 4-2-3-1 system paid dividends as the Blues stepped up a gear in the closing months of the season.

Frank Lampard was given more licence to rampage forward and Florent Malouda was a devastating presence on the left. Both were pivotal in the title run-in, Lampard scoring a stunning 22 goals, and Malouda third in the Barclays Premier League list of midfield top scorers with 12.

And then there was Drogba. His hat-trick against Wigan on the final day took his tally to 29 for the season, winning him the Barclays Golden Boot award. There is no doubt that Nicolas Anelka's shift to a wider, more withdrawn position, has reduced his goal return this season, but the move was justified by Drogba's own yield. January spent at the African Nations Cup makes his tally all the more impressive.

The muscular Ivory Coast frontman was by no means the only big miss for Ancelotti this season. Long-term injuries to first-choice full-backs Ashley Cole and Jose Bosingwa would have seriously undermined the challenge of many teams.

Instead Ancelotti rejuvenated Portuguese utility man Paulo Ferreira who, together with Yuri Zhirkov, helped plug the gap left by Cole. On the other side, the robust Branislav Ivanovic displayed surprising potency going forward and was a reliable performer when on the back-foot.

Significant Victories

Michael Essien's last match of the season came in December as he was also struck down by injury, while Petr Cech, Joe Cole and Ricardo Carvalho have all spent extended periods on the sidelines.

Several of the injured players missed their side's most significant victories. Essien, for instance, was absent for the 2-0 home win over Arsenal on 7th February, and that key 2-1 win away to United on 3rd April. Drogba scored in both of these matches, and also found the net in the 3-0 win away to the Gunners, as well as the 2-0 victory at Anfield, seven days before the title was decided.

Drogba's best return in the league since arriving at Chelsea was a major factor in the success of this free-scoring machine, and although Ancelotti may look to reduce the average age of the squad this summer, they are again likely to be prominent in next season's title race.

tapi chin up lads..

so, let's sing it again..

Ancelottii.... are you listening..
Can you keep... out trophy glistening..
We'll be back in May.. to take it away..
Walking in the Fergie's wonderland...
