Tattoos used to be a taboo thing in everyday life and in sports.

Week in and week out, you see players with new Ink or notice a design you had not scene the last time you watched them play.

In past years, they have taken a huge upswing in popularity off the pitch as well as on it, and it is not just the men that are embracing the trend.

Kalau tidak salah pernah ada thread tentang tattoo juga deh cuma saya lupa masih ada atau tidak karena sudah lebih setahun. Pemain bola dengan tattoo terbaik tetap David Beckham, karena berkat dirinya lah kini banyak pemain bola yang tidak malu memamerkan tattoonya.

Having tattoos is a fashion that many football players have adopted, with likes of Tim Cahill and Lukas Podolski having a teams crest tattooed.

But with news that Podolski is planning to get an Arsenal tattoo done on his left arm, to go with his Cologne tattoo on his right, lets look back at some of the terrible tattoos in football.


10 – Torsten Frings

At number 10 is Toronto FC’s Torsten Frings, formerly of Bayern Munich. Frings sports not so fashionable tribal tattoos on both arms, reminiscent of the days when tattoos were an uncommon in society.

2 - Stephen Ireland

The Villa midfielder has one major tattoo, on his back. Now, it is not the most conventional tattoo and all that needs to be said about it is that, well… Stephen Ireland has a pair of angel wings tattooed on his whole back.

In first place is former Celtic shot stopper Artur Boruc. Boruc has a monkey tattooed on his belly, the monkey being upside down by the looks of it. To myself, one of the most ridiculous tattoos I have seen and one that makes me laugh at Boruc and his monkey.

Cak @rondwisan, dulu saya pernah posting tentang tattoo pemain bola termasuk seluruh tattoo milik David Beckham di forum ini tapi lupa di thread mana. Bisa tolong dibantu gak ? Hehehe... :D

Podolski Berencana Membuat Tato Arsenal

Bola.net - Lukas Podolski telah memiliki tato berupa lambang FC Koln di lengan kanannya. Tato itu adalah sebagai pertanda respeknya kepada klub yang telah dibelanya sejak usia 10 tahun.

Koln merupakan klub yang sangat dicintai oleh penyerang timnas Jerman ini. Ia memang sempat meninggalkan Koln untuk bergabung bersama Bayern Munich selama tiga tahun. Namun ia akhirnya tak betah dan memutuskan untuk kembali ke klub kesayangannya.

Musim panas lalu Podolski kembali meninggalkan Koln. Ia memulai petualangan baru bersama Arsenal. Podolski memang baru beberapa bulan membela The Gunners, namun nampaknya ia sudah jatuh cinta kepada tim Meriam London.

"Koln memiliki tempat yang istimewa di hati saya karena saya menghabiskan waktu yang lama di sana. Mungkin saya akan membuat tato Arsenal karena saya menyukai klub ini. Arsenal adalah klub besar. Namun saya baru akan membuat tato Arsenal dalam tiga atau empat tahun ke depan," ujar Poldi.

Ia langsung jatuh hati dengan suasana di Arsenal karena semua orang memperlakukannya dengan baik. Sejak pertama kali tiba di Emirates Stadium, Semua pihak termasuk pemain, staf pelatih dan jajaran direksi telah berusaha membuat Poldi betah di London. (tdm/hsw)

kmrn sempet search, blom ada thread sendiri sih, makanya dibuatin ini :D


Itu klo kayak si Podolski tiap ganti club bikin tattoo ...., gimana Anelka jika punya hobi sama ya :hammer::hammer: :D
