NEIL HOUGH TAKES UP ACADEMY ROLE
Manchester United is delighted to announce that Neil Hough, currently first-team head physiotherapist, has accepted an invitation from the Head of Academy, Nicky Butt, to head up the physiotherapy department in the Academy with immediate effect.
Executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward said: "Neil has been with the club since August 1999, first as assistant-head physiotherapist, before working exclusively with the first team from 2006.
"He became first-team head physio in 2014. He brings a wealth of experience to the role and it is a real vote of confidence in the work of Nicky and Nick Cox to restructure the Academy that Neil has agreed to join."
