karena akun twitter nya dah nongol aja, @UtdIndonesiaTPI dan emang belum resmi jadi chapter, maka dibuka dulu thread nya disini. Denger2 eks korda semarang @hijjud yang lagi merintis pembentukan chapter disana....
dan berhubung Tanjung Pinang ada di Kepulauan Riau, masih tergolong bagian dari Sumatera, jadinya disini aja yah dibikin.
