Antoine Griezmann has turned down a move to Manchester United as after agreeing an £88million deal to join Barcelona.
According to The Sun, the 27-year-old was one of Jose Mourinho's top summer targets as he looks to build a side capable of challenging soon-to-be champions Manchester City.
Despite his close friendship with United midfielder Paul Pogba, the charismatic Frenchman has been unable to persuade his compatriot Greizmann to join him in the North West as he edges closer to a Barcelona switch.

Griezmann looked ready to depart Diego Simeone's Atletico Madrid side last summer before the La Liga side were handed a transfer embargo - the attacker agreeing to stay with the knowledge he could not immediately be replaced.
But after scoring 23 goals in 38 games this season, it could well be his last campaign at the Wanda Metropolitano.
The club are in the last-eight of the Europa League and Griezmann will want to taste trophy success with club and country before assessing his options for a move elsewhere.
Barcelona are long-term admirers of Griezmann despite their current wealth of attacking options with Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Ousmane Dembele and Philippe Coutinho.
Atletico are second to Barcelona in La Liga this season after a poor domestic showing from Real Madrid but Griezmann's reputation as one of Europe's most exciting talents means he will be in demand ahead of the World Cup in Russia.
