- Membangun Manchester united Wonderland ( taman bermain ) di seluruh dunia.
- Membangun Local Store ( menggandeng bisnis garmen local untuk memproduksi produk2 Manchester united, dan menjualnya dengan harga yg jauh lebih murah dibanding jika harus import/outsorce dengan nike ).
- mengembangan Manchester united Cafe ( konsep mirip Restoran waralaba cepat saji, dengan hidangan ringan dan fasilitas Nobar dengan Big screen ) di seluruh pelosok dunia.
- Mengecer dan memperluas jaringan MUTV, sehingga lebih terjangkau bagi para fans di negara sedang berkembang.
- menjalin kontrak jangka panjang 5 tahun dengan AFF untuk mendatangkan UNITED setiap tahunnya di negara2 asean secara bergantian ( dan Indonesia tentu yg no. 1 ).
