Default Re: Alejandro Garnacho Ferreyra

Man United wonderkid Alejandro Garnacho is set to earn 10 TIMES his current salary with talks 'progressing well' over new contract at Old Trafford as Erik ten Hag's men prepare for life after Cristiano Ronaldo

* Rising star Alejandro Garnacho reportedly getting close to signing new contract
* He is currently on a £5,000-per-week deal which could be increased to £50,000
* The 18-year-old has been an influential figure under United boss Erik ten Hag
* Garnacho scored a crucial last-minute winner against Fulham before World Cup

Manchester United's rising star Alejandro Garnacho is set to earn 10 times his current salary with talks 'progressing well' over a new bumper contract at Old Trafford, according to reports.

The Argentinian winger has enjoyed a breakthrough season for United, quickly becoming part of manager Erik ten Hag's plans after scoring against Real Sociedad in the Europa League and netting a last-minute winner against Fulham just before the World Cup break.

And United fans will hope there is more to come from their young talent as the Red Devils prepare for life without Cristiano Ronaldo after the Portuguese forward explosively left the club following a bombshell interview with Piers Morgan.

Garnacho is currently earning £5,000-per-week having just broken into the first team but reports are suggesting that this could be increased to £50,000 in a new deal.

Manchester United wonderkid Alejandro Garnacho - who was United's player of the month for November - is set to earn 10 times his current salary in a new deal, reports claim. The Argentinian winger has enjoyed a breakthrough season for United, quickly becoming part of manager Erik ten Hag's plans

United fans will be delighted to hear that contract talks are progressing as they look to pin down the Spanish-born Argentina Under-20 international, the Manchester Evening News reports.

The 18-year-old star has proved influential in big moments, including when he netted the only goal in a victory over Real Sociedad in the Europa League. But perhaps more vital was his 93rd minute winner against Fulham in the last Premier League game before the World Cup break.

His wonderfully taken goal saw him link up with Christian Eriksen before showing the composure of a forward who has been in the game far longer than he has to slot home his first Premier League goal past Bernd Leno.

The gifted forward first arrived at the Manchester United Academy following a move from Atletico Madrid in 2020 for £420,000.

His current deal does not expire in 2024 with a one-year optional extension but it understood that the club want to reward his rise to the first team.

It's not all been plain sailing for the United forward though, with some big names at the club eager to keep his feet on the ground.

Garnacho - whose current deal does not expire until 2024 - has impressed this season after scoring in the Europa League and a last minute winner against Fulham last month. United fans will be hoping to see more of Garnacho as Erik ten Hag's men prepare for life without Cristiano Ronaldo. Garnacho frustrated his manager at the start of the season due to attitude issues. Academy breakthrough star Garnacho has also been involved in first-team training in Spain

After he excelled on his full debut in the Europa League win over Sheriff Tiraspol last month, Ten Hag revealed that he wasn't happy with him at the start of the season.

When Garnacho scored a fantastic goal away to Real Sociedad in San Sebastian a week later, captain Bruno Fernandes said his young teammate 'didn't have the best attitude' on tour in the summer.

It turned out that Ten Hag and Fernandes were referring to Garnacho being late for two team meetings on the trip to Bangkok and Australia, a misdemeanour that meant he didn't play at all on the four-game tour.

Garnacho's mother, father and younger brother have since joined him in England now, and his parents could be seen in tears while filming him from the directors' box at Old Trafford when he came on to make his first-team debut against Chelsea in April.

It was United's interim manager last season, Ralf Rangnick, who gave Garnacho his break in the first-team having instantly recognised the youngster's talent and included him in every first-team training session.

His displays have clearly impressed fans, and he received 69 per cent of the vote for the November Player of the Month award, putting him clear of team-mates David de Gea and Casemiro.

Garnacho is currently in Spain with the United squad - made up of players not at the World Cup - who will face Cadiz and Real Betis in two friendlies before they return to action in the EFL Cup and Premier League.

Real Madrid 'are monitoring Alejandro Garnacho's contract situation at Man United'... with the Argentine starlet yet to sign a new deal at Old Trafford after his representatives 'turned down an offer of £20k per week'

* Alejandro Garnacho has enjoyed a breakthrough season under Erik ten Hag
* Winger is contracted at Man United until 2024 - with the option of an extra year
* Garnacho is yet to sign a new deal with the £20,000 offered not deemed enough
* European heavyweights like Juventus and Real Madrid are monitoring situation

Real Madrid are reportedly monitoring Alejandro Garnacho's contract situation at Manchester United - with the Argentine starlet yet to pen a new deal at Old Trafford.

The 18-year-old winger has fast become an established member of the United first-team but several European heavyweights are monitoring his situation amid uncertainty over his future.

Garnacho's current deal at United expires in 2024 - albeit with the option of an extra year - and according to the Independent, Garnacho's representatives have turned down a £20,000-a-week contract.

He is understood to be on around £7,000-a-week at the moment and the winger's representatives believe his growing role in the first-team warrants a significantly higher wage.

United are understood to be taking a measured approach and will reward him in the long term if his performances continue.

Real Madrid are reportedly monitoring Alejandro Garnacho's contract situation at Man United. The starlet is yet to sign a new deal at Old Trafford and turned down terms of £20,000-a-week. Garnacho has enjoyed a breakthrough season under Erik ten Hag and United want to keep him

Garnacho has enjoyed a breakthrough season under Erik ten Hag this season - and he proved his worth as a second-half substitute in the Manchester derby on Saturday.

The winger replaced Christian Eriksen after 72 minutes with United a goal down to their rivals Manchester City.

The young star injected new life into United and after Bruno Fernandes had equalised - Garnacho brilliantly turned Nathan Ake and teed up Marcus Rashford to steal all three points at Old Trafford.

Real Madrid are yet to make an offer for the Spanish-born starlet, but they will reportedly monitor his contract developments.

Juventus are also reportedly looking at Garnacho - as the teenager continues to thrive in a United shirt.

Garnacho has played just 17 times for the United first-team but he has been influential at crucial times.

Before his game-changing cameo against City, he scored a 93rd minute winner against Fulham in the last Premier League game before the World Cup.

It's not all been plain sailing for the United forward though, with some big names at the club eager to keep his feet on the ground.

After he excelled on his full debut in the Europa League win over Sheriff Tiraspol in November, Ten Hag revealed that he wasn't happy with him at the start of the season.

And when Garnacho scored a winner against Real Sociedad in San Sebastian a week later, Bruno Fernandes said his young teammate 'didn't have the best attitude' on tour in the summer.

It turned out that Ten Hag and Fernandes were referring to Garnacho being late for two team meetings on the trip to Bangkok and Australia, a misdemeanour that meant he didn't play at all on the four-game tour.

It's fair to say Garnacho has bounced back the best way possible and United will be keen to tie him down before Europe's top clubs come running after him.

Madrid mengincar Garnachon untuk menggantikan Hazard, membentuk trio Latin masa depan Madrid : Vini, Rodrygo, Garnacho. tapi semoga Garnacho mau bertahan dan nasibnya tidak seperti Macheda
