Oo iyah teman2 seprti yg sudah di sounding sebelumnya om aba..akan ada tabungan untuk persiapan ke bali yg di bayarkan perbulan..sifatnya tidak harus..tujuannya untuk membantu agar pas hari H nanti sudah siap..tinggl ditambahkan bwt pembelian tiket transportasi..besarannya diinfo lagi nanti yah.

Ini adalah jadwal ManUtd 2011/12

Salah satu agenda gathnas adalah nonton bareng pertandingan ManUnited. Kami pilih pertandingan yg hari Sabtu.

Ada yg punya info jam bertandingnya ?
Supaya kami gak salah pilih pertandingan, misalnya pertandingan jam 01.00 Wita, selesai jam 03.00 Wita. Ini akan berdampak ke acara jalan2 besoknya krn kemungkinan akan banyak molor…hehehe

Idealnya pertandingan mulai jam 21.00 Wita atau sebelumnya supaya setelah nonton bareng masih punya waktu bebas yg banyak untuk kumpul dg sesame member United Indonesia

Kami perlu masukan dari member semua. Sebaiknya pertandingan yg mana yg perlu diperjuangkan menjadi agenda gathnas ?

Salah satu masukan yg sepertinya akan direalisasikan adalah waktu gathnas di geser ke bulan April mengingat banyaknya member UI sedang UAS di bulan Mei

Ada lagi masukan ?

Kamis, 26 April 2012 (untuk panitia)
Beberapa panitia menginap & stand by di penginapan untuk menyambut peserta yg datang pagi hari Jumat, 27 April 2012.
Panitia juga stand by menjadi guide via telephone bagi peserta melalui jalan darat. Telephone yg bisa dihubungi akan kami publish menjelang gathnas.
Peserta yg check in pada hari Kamis 26 April 2012 tidak termasuk dalam biaya gathnas yg akan kami release nanti alias mohon bayar sendiri. Kami akan bantu reservasinya.

Biaya gathnas belum bisa kami publish dalam waktu dekat ini
Lokasi penginapan akan segera kami publish


Jumat, 27 April 2012
Siang : check in (akan kami usahakan supaya bisa check in pagi hari supaya bisa istirahat)
Sore : acara bebas
Malam : pembukaan gathnas, meeting, serah terima jabatan ketua umum UI, acara bebas ke Kuta

Sabtu, 28 April 2012
Pagi – sore : turnament futsal di Meazza Futsal
(bagi yg gak ikut tournament = acara bebas)
Malam : nonbar Man City vs Man Utd di Meazza Futsal
Malam : acara bebas

Minggu, 29 April 2012
Pagi : penutupan gathnas, check out
Pagi – Sore : jalan-jalan, finish di Kuta
Sore : pulang ke daerah masing-masing

dah fix nih.. hehehe ayo siap2 yg mau ikutan..
