Cristiano Ronaldo wants Jose Mourinho to be new Juventus boss after Massimiliano Allegri's exit as he seeks reunion with manager who oversaw his best-ever La Liga season

* Massimiliano Allegri is leaving Juventus after five seasons in charge
* Juventus celebrated their latest Serie A victory alongside Allegri on Sunday
* Jose Mourinho has been out of work since leaving Manchester United last year

Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly suggested that Jose Mourinho should be considered for the Juventus managerial position.

Massimiliano Allegri has left Juventus after five trophy-laden years as manager, leaving the Italian giants on the hunt for a new boss.

La Gazzetta dello Sport say that Ronaldo has suggested Mourinho takes over from Allegri.

Jose Mourinho is being linked with a return to management and the vacant Juventus job. Mourinho could link up once again with Cristiano Ronaldo - they were together at Real Madrid

Mourinho has been out of work since he was sacked as United manager last December.

But he has a track record of success in Italy, steering Inter Milan to the Treble in 2010.

Allegri and Juve celebrated the club's eighth consecutive Serie A title on Sunday after they were awarded the trophy following a 1-1 draw with Atalanta.

Carlo Ancelotti, another manager Ronaldo is known to speak highly of, has ruled himself out of the running to take over at Juventus.

The Italian says he wants to stay in his current job at Napoli.

Juventus players celebrated in style after winning the Serie A title and hoisted the trophy in front of their supporters

The Italian giants have once again stormed to the title after dominating in Serie A and blowing away all challengers

The night skies above the Allianz Stadium were alight with fire and colour as the celebrations were ramped up by the club

The squad huddled down around the gleaming golden Serie A trophy, posing for photos with medals around their necks

During his time with the club Allegri has five Serie A titles, four Coppa Italias and two Supercoppa Italiana titles to his name

Juventus have announced that Maurizio Sarri will take over as their new manager

tinggal Chelsea nih yg pusing, Sarri cabut, Hazard udah ke Madrd, Hudson-Odo cedera sampai akhir tahun, kena hukuman transfer, siapakah yg cocok jadi nahkoda Chelsea selanjutnya?
si Allegri libur semusim, kalo Ole 1/2 musim masih jelek kayaknya bisa nih Allegri jadi kandidat pelatih musim depan #ootd

Juventus announce they'll receive an extra €25million a YEAR because of 'excellent performances' from shirt sponsors Jeep... who are owned by the same company as the Serie A giants

* Juventus have a deal with Jeep they agreed in 2012 that runs until June 2021
* Jeep have now decided to give Juventus an extra €25m every campaign
* Their on-pitch success and the increased brand awareness is behind the deal

Juventus have announced that sponsors Jeep will pay them an additional €25million (£21m) a season because the team is playing well.

The Italian champions signed a deal with Jeep — who are ultimately owned by the same company, Exor N.V., as Juventus — in April 2012 and the deal runs until June 2021.

But Jeep, who are the main shirt sponsors, have now decided to give Juventus an extra €25m every campaign.

The total value of their shirts has now risen to €100m (£86m) a season, when taken in conjunction with the deal from their kit makers Adidas.

Juventus have won Serie A for eight straight seasons and quarter-finals of the Champions League last season.

A statement from Juventus read: 'It is announced that, due to the excellent sport performances achieved in recent years by the first team which contributed to the club's improved UEFA ranking, and due to the increased Juventus brand awareness at a worldwide level, Juventus Football Club S.p.A. and FCA Italy S.p.A. agreed to increase the yearly fixed Jeep sponsorship consideration by €25million for 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 football seasons, including of certain additional sponsorship rights.

'The other provisions set out in the sponsorship agreement executed in April 2012 and in force until 30 June 2021 remain unchanged.

'At the same time, Juventus and FCA agreed to start negotiations for the renewal of the sponsorship agreement, in advance of the term set out in the contract.

'Juventus and FCA are related parties as they are both subject to the control of EXOR N.V..

'The present transaction, although it is an ordinary transaction at market-equivalent conditions, has been subjected, pursuant to the procedure for related party transactions adopted by Juventus, to the Board of Directors' approval, after the reasoned positive opinion issued by the Committee for related party transactions.

'As this is a significant related party transaction (maggiore rilevanza), an information document will be published according to the terms and procedures set out by the applicable laws and regulations.'

Juventus reveal Italy defender Daniele Rugani has tested POSITIVE for coronavirus with UEFA set to postpone Champions League clash with Lyon

* Juventus revealed defender Daniele Rugani has tested positive for coronavirus
* The club will now implement the necessary isolation procedures after the news
* Individuals who have come into the contact with the star will also be checked
* Rugani becomes the first star from the Italian top flight to contract the virus

Juventus have confirmed that defender Daniele Rugani has tested positive for coronavirus.

The Serie A club announced they will implement the necessary isolation procedures.

Individuals who have come into contact with the 25-year-old will also be checked, according to the Italian giants.

Rugani becomes the first star from the Italian top flight to have contracted the virus.

Juventus added that Rugani, who was an unused substitute during the 2-0 victory against Inter Milan last weekend, is 'currently asymptomatic'.

Following Wednesday's shock news, Inter themselves confirmed they have suspended all competitive activities until further notice.

The impact of the news remains unclear, although it is likely to hold substantial consequences for both Serie A and the Champions League.

Football Italia report that the Old Lady held a training session on Wednesday, and according to further reports, both Juventus and Inter are now in quarantine following the news.

UEFA are now reportedly set to postpone Juventus' Champions League clash with Lyon in Turin.

Cristiano Ronaldo is currently spending time in Madeira to avoid coronavirus after the suspension of the top division, with the talisman staying away from training at the club's facilities in Turin to avoid any risk of infection.

The announcement comes shortly after team-mate Federico Bernardeschi revealed he would self-isolate in the Juventus hotel in order to protect his family.

Rugani is the second professional football to test positive, with Hannover 96 defender Timo Hubers currently in quarantine.

All sport in the country remains suspended until at least April 3 as the Italian authorities attempt to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

The government has moved to restrict all movement other than for work and emergency services.

The Italian football federation (FIGC) admitted on Tuesday that the Serie A campaign might not finish due to the outbreak.

It had also been confirmed earlier on Wednesday that Inter Milan's home Europa League clash with Getafe, and Roma's trip to Sevilla on Thursday had both been postponed.
