Sekarang Rene udah gak bertanggung jawab lagi untuk reserves. Rene sejak tahun 2008 udah di promosikan sebagai First team Coach menggantikan Mike Phelan yang naik jabatan sebagai assistent manager.

Untuk Reserves, tanggung jawab ada pada Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sebagai manager Reserves team. Dia dibantu oleh Warren Joyce sebagai reserves team coach

Sedangkan untuk team Academy secara keseluruhan, sebagai Director adalah Brian McClair dan untuk tingkatannya (U14, U16, U18) masing2 memiliki coach tersendiri.

Paul McGuinness merupakan pelatih dan yang bertanggung jawab untuk pengembangan pemain U18 di United. Sedangkan dibawah2nya yang gw tau ada :
Tony Whelan, Assistant academy director and is in charge of the development of all players at United aged 9-16
Mark Dempsey, Academy U13-U16 Head coach
Colin Little, Assistant Coach U13
Chris Casper, Youth Coach
Clayton Blackmore, Coaching U15-U16
Jackie Evans, Youth Coach. He's the father of Johny and Corry Evans.

klo semalem itu video season 2007 -2008 [season pas Tevez, Ando, dan Hargo masuk United]... keliatan dari jersey latihan yg dipake Rene yg warna merah / sama dengan yg dipake kala latihan Final Moscow

Well... sebelum OGS pensiun... Rene melatih skill First Team, Reserve United... plus U-17...
Mike Phelan menjabat sebagai pelatih First Team... dan Carlos Queiroz jadi Assisten Sir Alex...

ketika Calos Queiroz pergi melatih Portugal di awal 2008, tanggal 3 September 2008, Rene diangkat menjadi Staf pelatih First Team... sedangkan Mike Phelan naik menjadi Assisten Pelatih Sir Alex...

naah OGS pensiun... barulah OGS melatih reserve... plus Brian Mc Clair yg masuk jajaran kepelatihan United.. melatih U-17 / Youth team.. gt Brader
