Inter Milan akan menghadapi Bayern Munich di final Liga Champions 2010. Pertarungan penuh gengsi itu akan digelar di kandang Real Madrid, Sabtu (25/5).

Manajer Inter Jose Mourinho sudah menentukan 25 nama pemain yang bisa ia mainkan di Bernabeu. Siapa yang akan menjadi starter belum diketahui setidaknya sampai beberapa jam menjelang pertandingan digelar.

Jika Inter menang, gelar juara akan menjadi yang kedua kali bagi Mourinho di Liga Champions. Gelar pertama ia raih tahun 2004 saat menangani FC Porto. (Inter Milan)

Louis van Gaal: I helped to educate Jose Mourinho

Bayern Munich coach Louis van Gaal claimed that he ''educated'' his Inter Milan rival Jose Mourinho and helped his former assistant rise to prominence in football.

Mourinho worked under Van Gaal at Barcelona before becoming one of the world's finest coaches with stints at FC Porto, Chelsea and now Inter; but van Gaal has not forgotten the impact he played in helping the Portuguese's career.

"Jose was very modest back then. It was nice watching his development, to see that he has become such a personality," Van Gaal said on the official UEFA website. "I knew he would help me because he was so passionate. He quickly noticed that I brought him forward. I think I educated him a little. I could immediately see he had an understanding of the game."

Van Gaal also maintained that the two men had very different approaches to coaching and that his way - to play ''beautiful football'' - was the harder of the two.

"He trains to win. I train to play beautiful football and win. My way is more difficult," he said.

Both managers have the chance to write themselves into history on Saturday as they will claim the historic 'treble' of League, domestic Cup and European Cup should they win at the Bernabeu.

28-Holger Badstuber 13.03.1989. The left-footer with a fierce free kick has developed into one of Germany' most solid defenders and has also been called up for the World Cup squad.

8-Hamit Altintop 08.12.1982. Will most likely step in for the suspended Franck Ribery. A defensive-minded midfielder who also possesses a powerful right foot.

10-Arjen Robben 23.01.1984. Bayern's inspirational winger, Robben can turn a match with one instinctive move. His trademark move is to cut in from the right and release a powerful left-footed shot.

17-Mark van Bommel 22.04.1977. Experienced midfielder who won the Champions League with Barcelona. Hard-working and hard-tackling. Reckless challenges have often seen him sent off.

23-Danijel Pranjic 02.12.1981. The Croat has improved during the season and has been a reliable option on the left wing. Can also be used in a defensive role and has a good long-range shot.

31-Bastian Schweinsteiger 01.08.1984. Has matured this season as Bayern's playmaker in midfield with almost every offensive move passing through him.

44-Anatoliy Tymoshchuk 30.03.1979. The Ukrainian holding midfielder has been unhappy with the little playing time he has been given since joining last year. Has a powerful right foot.

Robben prefers 'nice' Bayern to Mourinho negativity

Bayern Munich's Arjen Robben says his former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is only interested in winning and does not care about his teams' style of play.

Robben faces his old manager when Munich play Mourinho's Inter Milan in Saturday's Champions League final.

"He puts out a winning team, it doesn't matter if it's done with nice football or not," winger Robben told BBC Sport.

"The philosophy at Bayern is the coach [Louis van Gaal] wants to win games by playing nice football."

The 26-year-old added: "As a player you want to play and enjoy the game, that's also an important part."

After failing to get past the knockout stage in the last two years, Mourinho has taken Inter to their first European Cup final since 1972.

They clinched their place in the final with a 3-2 aggregate semi-final win over defending champions Barcelona, winning the first leg in Milan 3-1 and then putting on an ultra-defensive display in the second leg, where they lost 1-0.

But Mourinho defended and justified Inter's tactics in the game at the Camp Nou.

"We won the tie in Barcelona, but everyone talks about Barcelona winning [the second leg] and says we parked the bus in front of the goal. We didn't park the bus, we parked the airplane," he said.

Robben spent three years working with the self-styled 'Special One' at Stamford Bridge, before joining Real Madrid - ironically, the venue for Saturday's final, and also widely rumoured to be Mourinho's next club if he leaves Inter in the summer.

And although the Dutch winger is full of respect for the Portuguese coach, he said his win-at-all-costs approach was one of the things that led to him leaving Chelsea.

"I was working with him three years at Chelsea. It was a successful time, he's a big personality and as a coach of a top team you need to be," stated Robben.

"He knew how to work with big players and put them together and let them work together.

"He certainly knew what he was talking about and had the respect of every single player.

"But we started to play more in this diamond without wingers, which is not good for me. The system changed a bit so I made my decision and left."

kalo diliat dari segi skuad sih gw rasa cukup berimbang... cuma Muenchen pasti bakal sangat kehilangan Ribery yang bisa dibilang punya peran cukup menentukan dalam skema penyerangan.. untungnya masih ada Robben dan Schweinsteiger yang punya daya dobrak tinggi juga.. Bommel atau Lahm juga mungkin bisa jadi penentu yang gak disangka-sangka..

di sisi Inter, ada keuntungan karena punya Eto'o sebagai satu2nya pemain yang pernah menjuarai UCL di kedua tim yang bertanding nanti.. bisa jadi dia membuat perbedaan dengan dukungan Milito dan Sneijder.. belum lagi kehebatan Inter dalam menggalang pertahanan bisa jadi poin krusial di final.. sebuah serangan balik yang efektif bisa aja jadi momen menentukan nanti..

dari segi manajer, keduanya berkarakter khas dan terkenal jeli dalam meracik strategi.. justru yang menarik malah di sini.. dua tipe manajer yang punya visi permainan berbeda bakal diuji kehebatannya siapa yang lebih cerdik..
