Umur dah 62 tahun, kuat berapa lama jadi manajer. Klo patokannya Fergie sih lama, tapi klo rata2 manajer kan masuk golongan tuir.

United butuh manager yg mampu menaikkan mental anak buah nya ketika dalam keadaan down, bukan malah makin menjatuhkan...
United butuh manager yg jago strategy, kaya taktik, bukan manager yg keras kepala yg tak mau belajar dari kesalahan dan selalu menyalahkan keberuntungan..
United butuh manager yg bisa mengeluarkan DNA merah ala United bukan nya malah mem biru kan DNA merah..
dll..

Moyes tetaplah Moyes
Beri dia kesempatan
Beri dia waktu
Meskipun sakit, perih melihat tim ini hancur
Meskipun beberapa rekor telah tercipta (smile)
Tapi revolusi dan regenerasi harus tetap berjalan

(IMHO)

Jurgen Klopp Reportedly Targeted by Manchester United, Barcelona and Tottenham

Manchester United will reportedly lure Jurgen Klopp to Old Trafford if David Moyes is given the boot before next season.

The Red Devils have endured a difficult first season under the Scotsman's tutelage and are said to be eyeing Borussia Dortmund's charismatic leader, reported by Darren Lewis and Martin Lipton of the Mirror:

Quote:
Manchester United will turn to Dortmund’s Jurgen Klopp if they decide the gamble on David Moyes cannot go on.

As it emerged the Reds met Holland manager Louis Van Gaal for discussions last week, Moyes’ future as manager was thrown into fresh doubt.

But while Van Gaal would be a candidate, Mirror Sport understands it is Klopp who is the first choice of the Old Trafford hierarchy.
Spanish publication Sport, via Liam Prenderville of the Mirror, also believes Barcelona are chasing Klopp's services after Gerardo Martino's ill-fated reign took another blow during the Blaugrana's loss to Granada:

Quote:
Martino will get a chance to redeem himself in the Copa del Rey final against Real Madrid on Wednesday but many feel a defeat would be the final straw for the Argentinian.

And according to Sport, Borussia Dortmund boss Klopp would be the front-runner to replace him.
Such news is sure to provide many fans with a tinge of false hope. In particular, United's followers will be craving Klopp's ambitious mentality and brand of football, which far outweighs what Moyes has offered this season and would certainly suit United's historic attacking style.

The German coach is the type of leader who never believes his side are beaten. As witnessed during Dortmund's 2-0 Champions League quarter-final second-leg victory over Real Madrid—who were 3-0 up after the initial tie—Klopp isn't afraid to aim straight for the jugular.

His tactics during Dortmund's following game with Bayern Munich also highlighted a more thrilling approach to Moyes. Klopp's men looked to attack the German champions quickly when in possession, making most of the limited ball they were destined to receive. The strategy yielded an impressive 3-0 win, whereas just days earlier, Moyes' cautious approach saw United comfortably beaten 3-1.

Potential transfer targets are sure to be more excited by Klopp's strategy. Speaking after the match, Marco Reus hinted Moyes' defensive tactics were never designed to win United the tie, per Ben Burrows of the Mirror:

"I think the way we played today was the only way you can get something against Bayern," Reus said. "Sitting deep doesn't work."

Considering the electric German forward is linked with a move to United in Burrows' article, it would seem an unattractive style is not going to help the English side on their summer rebuild. United, famous for their quick counter-attacks and incisive wing play, have suffered a totally out-of-character first year under Moyes.

Klopp also enjoyed a prosperous relationship with Shinji Kagawa while at the Westfalenstadion, a potentially key point as the Japanese international continues to struggle in Manchester.

Rob Draper of the Daily Mail acknowledged Louis van Gaal will also be considered for the managerial position if it becomes vacant:

Quote:
Van Gaal is in prime position to take over at Tottenham after his World Cup campaign with Holland. But negotiations have slowed in recent weeks and it seems as though Van Gaal is unsure whether to commit in case the United job becomes vacant.
Meanwhile, Paul Jiggins of The Sun (subscription required) says Spurs "want Jurgen Klopp to be their new boss." The Dortmund manager would undoubtedly be in high demand if he became available, but a potential suitor other than the German club will need to act boldly to secure his future.

Right now, the introduction of Klopp is exactly what many United and Spurs fans would love to see. His natural ambition, development of players and exciting style of play are required at two of the Premier League's most prestigious clubs.

Even so, a dramatic turn of events is needed at either side if we are to see the 46-year-old installed. United would surely have ditched Moyes by now if the change was going to take place, suggesting the Old Trafford hierarchy are yet to grow tired of the new manager's output.

Barcelona appear the most likely to land someone of Klopp's ilk. Tata Martino is likely to be ditched if the Spanish giants lose Wednesday's Copa del Rey final to Real Madrid—effectively ending their hopes of winning three trophies across three matches—suggesting the Camp Nou hot seat could be ready for a new posterior by the time the summer hits.

Default Re: Who should replace David Moyes if he leaves this summer?

Why Jurgen Klopp Is Ideal Replacement for David Moyes at Manchester United

Darren Lewis and Martin Lipton of the Daily Mirror are today reporting that Jurgen Klopp is the Manchester United hierarchy’s preferred replacement for David Moyes, should the unsuccessful Scot be asked to step aside this summer.

The Mirror article states "United believe [Klopp's] aggressive brand of football and up-front managerial style is exactly what is needed after the debacle of Moyes’ first season."

Whilst United have also been linked with Louis van Gaal, per David McDonnell in the Mirror, it is Klopp who would represent the truly exciting option for United fans.

It may yet be too early to take for granted that Moyes' appointment was a mistake. However, the above-mentioned articles certainly suggest that the United board are seriously considering their options. If they are, then they should move heaven and earth to get Klopp.

When Zlatan Ibrahimovic bumped into Klopp at the Ballon d'Or celebrations earlier this year, the Swede made his affections for the German's Dortmund team clear. It is typical of how Klopp is perceived in the game. Klopp may say that "crazy players love me," per The Telegraph, but the evidence of his side's work rate on the pitch suggests it is not just the crazy ones who feel affection for him.

Klopp's Dortmund side have been phenomenally successful; certainly his achievements in the game dwarf Moyes'. Borussia Dortmund won the Bundesliga in the 2010/11 season. They won the domestic double in 2011/12. Last season saw them cast as nearly-men, as they finished runner-up to Bayern Munich in both the Bundesliga and the Champions League.

This season has been less successful. Having lost Mario Gotze to Munich in the summer, and with Robert Lewandowski set to join him next year, per BBC Sport, Dortmund's injury-ravaged squad have been a distant second best to Pep Guardiola's rampant side.

Given Munich's proclivity for buying Borussia's best players, it is increasingly easy to see the prospect of a new challenge in Manchester as being appealing to Klopp.

Klopp should certainly be appealing to United. Dortmund did not just succeed under him; they succeeded in wonderful style.

The side which won two Bundesligas, built around the talents of Shinji Kagawa, was phenomenal to watch. Quick in the transition, devastating on the counter-attack, and fierce when the opposition had the ball, the "gegenpressing" style was analysed in September 2013 by Bleacher Report's Clark Whitney.

One of the knocks against Moyes has been his use of his more creative players. This would not be a problem under Klopp, who consistently got the best out of Gotze, Kagawa and latterly, Marco Reus.

This highly effective attacking play did not mean Dortmund sacrificed their defensive duties. In 2010/11 they conceded 22 goals in the 34-game Bundesliga season. In 2011/12 it was 25. This has been more of a problem in the past two seasons, although injuries have certainly played their part in that. By necessity, Dortmund's squad is leaner than their rivals.

A fiery, committed, innovative manager, fond of counter-attacking football? Now there is a man actually cut from similar cloth to Sir Alex Ferguson.

Klopp would not bring guaranteed success to United. He is unproven outside Germany, although Dortmund's Champions League record is impressive enough to suggest he could adapt.

His record with youth players has been mixed. Most of Dortmund's squad have been bought in, at a young age, but not through the academy.

He has also not been able to find a way to counter Bayern's dominance in the past two seasons, although given the relative financial clout of the two clubs, that is understandable.

United were prepared to gamble on an unproven manager last summer. This summer they should gamble on one who is thoroughly proven in a different country, and hope he brings his swaggering brand of success to Old Trafford. After Moyes' uninspiring first season, it could be just the tonic United need.
