Quote:
Malah musim ini makin sadis dengan bilang Januzaj not for sale ehhhh ternyata just for loan.

Re: Manchester United under Louis van Gaal
Filosofi vs Genius. |

Re: Manchester United under Louis van Gaal
Manchester United fan Rory McIlroy takes a swing at Louis van Gaal by claiming: 'I'm not convinced he is the right man to lead us'
* World No 2 golfer Rory McIlroy is a huge Manchester United supporter * Speaking at a recent tournament, he gave his thoughts on Louis van Gaal * McIlroy says he is not convinced Van Gaal is the right man to lead United * United spent £108million on new signings and are currently fifth Louis van Gaal might not be the right man to lead Manchester United, according to four-time major-winning golfer Rory McIlroy. The Northern Irishman is a big Red Devils fan, but after a huge summer of spending - in which the club paid out £108million on new signings - he admits to not being sold on the manager. Speaking to Sky Sports at the Deutsche Bank Championship, McIlroy said: 'I think the new signings will be good in time, but I'm not convinced LVG is the right man to lead us.' World No 2 golfer McIlroy poses in a Manchester United shirt, and he hopes they will challenge for the title 'I don't know, it's a hard one. Everyone is dropping points, and it looks like City might run away with the league. 'At least we're back in Europe, so that's a good thing.' United started the season well, with two successive 1-0 wins, but have since dropped points, drawing with Newcastle before falling to a 2-1 defeat by Swansea. Perhaps the most frustrating factor of the season so far is a lack of goals, with Van Gaal's men only scoring three times in their four Premier League matches. Wayne Rooney has not scored a top flight goal since April 4, but did manage to equal Sir Bobby Charlton's all-time England goalscoring record while on international duty this week. McIlroy hopes the captain's renewed form with his country can go on to kick-start his United season, too. He added: 'Rooney did well for England at the weekend, so hopefully that will give him confidence when he returns to domestic football. 'A top-four finish is obviously likely, and hopefully we'll challenge for the title, but we'll see.' Code:

Re: Manchester United under Louis van Gaal
Manchester United stars in Louis van Gaal training row
Matt Dickinson, James Ducker Code:
http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/sport/football/article4552369.ece The revelation comes after a stuttering start to the domestic campaign, in which United have scored three goals in four matches in the Barclays Premier League, and fans are demanding more emphasis on attacking adventure. Supporters will hope that Anthony Martial can provide that, but Van Gaal — who admitted last night that the projected £58.8 million fee United have agreed to pay Monaco for the teenage France striker is “ridiculous” — suggested that his successor would be the main beneficiary of the signing. The concerns of fans over United’s style of play have been shared by the players. After discussions inside the dressing room, senior figures approached Van Gaal to raise complaints about a lack of creativity. They feel that training orders have become so inflexible that they are hampering performances. The confrontation, several weeks ago, did not prompt any immediate change from the manager and United prepare to face Liverpool on Saturday on the back of a limp defeat by Swansea City before the international break. Van Gaal’s decision to sign the unproven Martial as support for Wayne Rooney will bring even more scrutiny to an attack that traditionally has been regarded as one of the club’s greatest strengths. With United fifth in the table, ahead of Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea but five points behind Manchester City, the leaders, the Dutchman insists that it has been a solid start to the campaign, with better to come as Memphis Depay, Martial and other summer signings fit in. Van Gaal said last night that he would be happy with a top-three finish this season. The concern of the players is less to do with manpower, or squad strength, after a massive gross outlay under Van Gaal that is now close to £300 million, than the inflexibility of his methods. He has always been a very exact, demanding coach — and, at times, a fierce one — but players reared under Sir Alex Ferguson are still finding it hard to adjust, even into his second season. Some, such as Chris Smalling, have clearly benefited, but there is a wider belief in the dressing room that Van Gaal would get much more from his players by allowing them to be more expressive. Van Gaal said last night that the success of his training methods was the reason why United have not suffered any injuries this season compared to the glut they encountered when he joined 14 months ago. The manager must also patch up his relationship with David De Gea, who, despite being exiled for the opening six matches, could start against Liverpool after his collapsed move to Real Madrid. The pair were due to hold talks yesterday. _____________________________________ Wow... beneran kah? |

Re: Manchester United under Louis van Gaal
Manchester United performance analyst Max Reckers is one of the main reasons behind player unhappiness
* Manchester United's first-team stars are unhappy with Max Reckers * Performance analyst Reckers often focuses on the players' weaknesses * Reckers hardly mentions the strengths of displays in training and matches He is the IT expert Louis van Gaal has described as 'like my son', but the elevation of Max Reckers would appear to be causing friction within the Manchester United family. As reported on Thursday, senior duo Wayne Rooney and Michael Carrick voiced their concerns to their Dutch manager over his training methods. A large part of their frustration is thought to be down to the amount of time spent in meetings pouring over video analysis. Max Reckers conducts research before passing on information to Louis van Gaal and his coaching staff Reckers, who arrived last summer, is the club's performance analyst and the increasing importance placed on his role is thought to have caused some irritation. A perceived tendency to concentrate on weaknesses rather than strengths is not thought to have helped matters along with forensic examinations of each player's positioning. In an earlier interview, Van Gaal heaped praise on his compatriot. 'I can't forget my computer guru,' he said. 'It's unbelievable because he's not only my computer guru, he's like my son. But he's not called Van Gaal, his name is Max Reckers and he is a performance analyst. 'He collects all the data that we need. We have a lot of data because at Manchester United there was already a philosophy that you have to measure everything and it's called the sport science department. It's unbelievable what kind of data they have and I'm very pleased that kind of support is already arranged in Manchester. 'They have supported us very well, not only in sport science but also the medical department and the kit men. It's unbelievable what organisation you have to make for such a big group at such a big club.' Reckers analyses players' performances in training and matches - but mainly picks out the bad points On United's website, Reckers describes his role as trying to 'come closer to the look and feel of the player ... by analysing the game from the player’s viewpoint'. 'We keep innovating,' he adds. 'Meaning that we demand that the players improve themselves every day and the same goes for the staff. 'We are always looking for new technologies and new ways to improve player performance. For us, it’s not doing science or having the technology; it’s just wanting to improve as a group.' No changes are thought to have been made to Van Gaal's methods since captain Rooney and vice captain Carrick raised the issues. Training sessions that mirror kick-off times, a Van Gaal introduction, are also thought to have been met with dismay by some squad members who have young children. United, who take on Liverpool in the late kick-off at Old Trafford on Saturday, are currently in sixth place having scored three goals in their first four matches. They have conceded twice. The Old Trafford boss has not adjusted his approach so far, despite complaints from his senior players Quote:

Re: Manchester United under Louis van Gaal
Selama performa tak kunjung membaik, kritik akan terus datang. LvG vs Media Inggris.
Philosophy?

Re: Manchester United under Louis van Gaal
Manchester United players irked by Louis van Gaal's treatment towards Victor Valdes and Rafael as unrest grips Old Trafford
* Man United's first team stars are unhappy with Louis van Gaal's methods * Wayne Rooney and Michael Carrick have aired gripes with Van Gaal * Players are upset with the way Victor Valdes and Rafael have been treated It was Louis van Gaal’s obsession with possession that was the breaking point. Wayne Rooney and Michael Carrick had to state their case. Manchester United had beaten Tottenham at Old Trafford the day before but the atmosphere at the Carrington training complex afterwards was not one of euphoria, more of despair. Respect for the hardline Dutch coach with the Iron Tulip moniker has never been in question but the regimented system Van Gaal had installed was taking its toll. Manchester United's first team stars are disappointed with the way Louis van Gaal treated Victor Valdes and former right back Rafael da Silva Players groaned at the monotony of training, the team meetings, unit meetings for the defence, midfield and attack — oh, and the debriefs. The blunt, often critical delivery of video analyst Max Reckers and the abrasive manner in which Victor Valdes and Rafael da Silva were dispatched from the first team dressing room. Rooney and Carrick, as captain and vice-captain, are ‘afforded special privileges’ says Van Gaal, and they plucked up the courage to air the team’s views. There was no challenge of authority, merely a plea to hear their case. Van Gaal took it on board but little has changed. As the mercurial Brian Clough famously mused ‘we talk about it for 20 minutes then we decide I was right’. Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand is damning in his assessment. ‘It’s not a type of football I enjoy watching,’ he said. ‘It’s methodical and really slow going side to side.’ Methodical is the operative view shared by several of United’s players; jaded by repetitive training drills and the constant dissection of their every move. Players are said to be unhappy with Van Gaal's methods, and are not currently enjoying their football The cavalier spirit of Sir Alex Ferguson’s era may be a distant memory but the attention to detail is essential to Van Gaal’s famed philosophy. Video analyst Reckers enjoys a central role yet his input is not always enjoyed by the players. A perceived tendency to concentrate on weaknesses rather than strengths is not thought to have helped matters, along with forensic examinations of each player’s positioning. As you would expect, Van Gaal has unswerving faith in his compatriot, a former hockey player. ‘It’s unbelievable because he’s not only my computer guru, he’s like my son,’ said Van Gaal. ‘But he’s not called Van Gaal, his name is Max Reckers and he is a performance analyst. 'He collects all the data that we need. We have a lot of data because at Manchester United there was already a philosophy that you have to measure everything and it’s called the sport science department. It’s unbelievable what organisation you have to make for such a big group at such a big club.’ That organisation and regimented tone has been set for some time: train, eat, sleep, repeat. In his defence, Van Gaal protected his players from an arduous summer tour across the USA last summer but made it clear they were there to work. Training times were adjusted to coincide with the kick-off of their next match. On Wednesday this week, players returned from international duty but had a light session at 5.30pm, with Saturday's teatime kick-off against Liverpool in mind. That is not unwelcome for United’s players, their concern is a lack of enjoyment and freedom to be more expressive. As Ferdinand observed: ‘You associate Manchester United with pace and power, explosive fantasy in the final third, but that’s not the way it is now. ‘Manchester United fans are having to re-educate themselves. You’re not going to see what you saw for the last 25 years. Van Gaal has got a clear idea of how he wants the team to play. It’s very methodical.’ The approach has so far failed to ignite United’s campaign and with just three goals scored — three fewer than bottom club Sunderland — in four games. Addressing United executive club members on Wednesday evening, Van Gaal admitted he did not expect his side to win the title this season but that next year was realistic. To those who queried the recent capitulation to Swansea and worried about what could be expected against Liverpool, he stated: ‘Don’t worry, we will win.’ The Dutchman, it seems, possesses no doubt about his methods. His players may beg to differ. Code:
