Re: Kursi Panas EPL Club Manager
Disini ada kutipan dr fergie dimana fans jaman modern seperti skrg ini udah ngga sabaran, jd berharap semuanya selesai gt aja. Fans instan!
Nah, disini dukungan dr Fergie untuk Martin O'neill ex Aston Villa muncul bbc Ferguson blames Sunderland fans for Steve Bruce sacking Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has claimed that Steve Bruce might have been sacked by Sunderland in part because of his Newcastle roots. Bruce, born close to Sunderland's great rivals, lost his job on Wednesday. And Ferguson said: "Fans just don't have patience any longer, just see what happened to Steve Bruce in the North East where being a Geordie didn't help. "In that part of the world they are so passionate and committed to their team." Bruce, born in the north east town of Corbridge, was abused by sections of the Sunderland support at the Stadium of Light after they lost against Wigan in his last game in charge. , a result that left them stuck on 11 points, only two above the relegation zone. And Ferguson argued that Bruce's sacking provided evidence that in many cases supporters do not give managers enough time. "I think Brucie has suffered because of that but that's the kind of supporters we have these days - no patience," he said. Bruce's Sunderland Record Played: 98 Won: 29 Drawn: 28 Lost: 41 "He rebuilt a whole team and that requires a bit of patience from everyone, including Steve. I think Steve was realising that himself that he was going to have to wait. "I think losing to Newcastle earlier on in the season didn't help him either because of the way they are in that part of the world but he will be back. In general his managerial record is very good." But for all his sympathy for Bruce - a man who spent nine years in his squad at Old Trafford - Ferguson suggested that Martin O'Neill would make a positive impact if, as expected, he is named as the new manager. "Martin has a very good track record," said Ferguson. "The job he did at Villa Park was excellent, he did a great job at Celtic, he won the League Cup with Leicester so Martin has got the experience and track record to do well. "If that's the job he's going to, I'm sure he will do well."

Re: Kursi Panas EPL Club Manager
Mungkin cuma Sir Alex dan Arsene Wenger yang posisinya aman, sisanya tergantung grafik permainan klubnya. Sebenarnya posisi Roberto Mancini juga rawan, namun keberhasilan musim lalu serta rencana jangka panjang manajemen City membuat posisinya relatif aman

Managers Under Serious Pressure
gak ada trit khusus manager yg akan dipecat jadi ane post disini aja. mungkin judulnya diedit aja jadi "Kursi Panas Para Manager'
Steve Kean and 9 World Football Managers Under Pressure Football is a high pressure game full of high-pressure situations. Managers take the brunt of it and possess one of the most unstable and nerve-racking jobs in the world. There are plenty of guys currently feeling the heat. Let's take a look at 10 managers who are under the microscope for every move they make right now. Steve Kean The Blackburn Rovers owners certainly don't bow to fan pressure. Steve Kean, by all rights, probably should never have landed this job. Furthermore, he's definitely done badly enough to get fired. It's just not really feasible for Blackburn to continue with Kean for much longer, and while faith and loyalty can be applauded to a certain extent, it's bordering on silly. Do you want your club to be competing in the English Premier League next season, Venky's? Andre Villas-Boas Chelsea's recent slump has alarmed most people, and the potential title contenders are currently well off the pace. I wouldn't blame Andre Villas-Boas for this and since Roman Abramovich paid £13.3 million to release him from his contract at Porto, I can't see him being sacked. Nevertheless, when a team is under-performing, the manager feels the heat. Right now, AVB is roasting. Franciszek Smuda Franciszek Smuda will be under considerable amounts of pressure in the run-up to Euro 2012 considering he is the manager of one of the host nations, Poland. Poland have got a pretty decent team this time around, the best they've had for several years. In addition to a talented team experiencing home comforts, their friendlies this year have yielded some great results. However, you can beat Argentina, draw with Mexico and Germany and still be fired for not making it out of the Euro 2012 group. The pressure on home coaches is unbelievable. Oleg Blokhin Another home nation manager for Euro 2012 as Poland share the competition with Ukraine. Ukraine probably have a stronger team than Poland and will be expected to go further than their co-hosts this summer. Oleg Blokhin has a tough task keeping the fans happy in the buildup to the competition, despite a good friendly record throughout 2011. It's impossible to know how ready his team is to go out there and compete. Owen Coyle Steve Bruce was all set to be on this list, but Ellis Short made the move. Another Premier League contender, then? Things at Bolton Wanderers aren't going swimmingly, are they? Owen Coyle, coming off the back of a great first full season in charge, is subsequently struggling despite buying smartly in the summer transfer window. It just shows you what the fixture calendar can throw at you, as several tough games have destroyed the Trotter's self-confidence. Don't expect Coyle to be sacked, but he's not exactly sitting pretty. Fabio Capello Fabio Capello was under absolutely no pressure one month ago, since many believed England had no hope in hell come this summer at Euro 2012. One win against Spain later, suddenly England are a good team and Scott Parker is the saviour. Losing to Spain might have done him more favours. Despite the fact his contract is set to expire and he is to take his leave after the tournament, fans will be quietly expecting a pretty decent showing. Arsene Wenger Despite Arsenal's recent resurgence, the north London club still remain outside the UEFA Champions League places. As long as this continues to be the case, Arsene Wenger will be under pressure. One slip-up results-wise could leave Arsenal far, far adrift from their rivals. An injury to Robin van Persie, which is not unlikely, could completely derail the Gunners' season yet again. Laurent Blanc French football took a bit of a hit toward the end of Raymond Domenech's reign. The less said about South Africa 2010 the better, but Laurent Blanc's young guns will have the chance to restore some pride next summer. The likes of Marvin Martin, Yann M'Vila and Moussa Sissoko will have the chance to shine, but Blanc will be under considerable pressure to repair France's fractured stature in world football. Delio Rossi Delio Rossi, the newly appointed Fiorentina manager, will be under immediate pressure to churn out some results and steer the club away from the relegation zone in Serie A. With January looming and English eyes on Juan Manuel Vargas and Alessio Cerci, his job isn't going to get any easier anytime soon. Frank De Boer Frank de Boer is a talented young manager who excelled as a player. He currently manages Ajax, but they're not looking so hot in the league right now. They're around 10 points off the top, sitting in fourth, despite possessing fantastic talents such as Christian Eriksen. De Boer will have to pick his troops up soon if they are to catch AZ Alkmaar at the summit of the Eredivisie. Code:

Re: Kursi Panas EPL Club Manager
Kean out - again, this mortal Coyle
Soccernet, The Fifth Official - December 19, 2011 Kean on a truce Christmas is supposed to be a time of cheer, of good will to all men, but trying telling that to the folk of Blackburn, who are ripping themselves to shreds the further they are led into the footballing wilderness by that prophet of doom Steve Kean. To compound his yuletide misery, the town's local paper, the Lancashire Evening Telegraph, is calling for his head on Monday morning's front page. No wonder, given the manager's own driving license has more points than his team. Prior to the West Brom game Blackburn's fans came up with a novel idea, forgetting the protests in favour of "getting behind the team," as a spokesman put it. Essentially, the opposite of what they did against Swansea. What a hapless bunch; they ended up protesting after a 4-2 victory last week and abandoning one after an abject performance that practically demanded one on Saturday. The more I think about it, the more they are made for each other. "I always feel as if we are about to go on an unbeaten run," Kean said, with that brittle optimism you just know turns into tears when the cameras are switched off. Kean continues to insist the owners are right behind him and for Rovers' sake I hope they are, only armed with a big sack and a P45. Time is running out to salvage any scrap of light at the end of a tunnel that looks distinctly Championship-shaped. Next up, fellow strugglers Bolton, a classic derby six-pointer. As legendary commentator Barry Davies once put it: "Interesting, very interesting." Shuffling off the Coyle Whereas Kean is afforded a ritualistic beating of character after each derisory Blackburn performance, the man who has pulled off a footballing miracle by churning out a team who are worse than Blackburn - Owen Coyle - is repeatedly spared from a public flogging, presumably just because he's a nice chap and a little more honest. "This is killing me," he admitted after a fifth straight defeat at Fulham. No wonder, because the picture at Wanderers is even bleaker. Bolton may have won one more game than their local rivals but have lost three more games and conceded two more goals. In fact, they are on a run of three wins in 18 top flight games. They are defending so badly they've managed to shave so much off Gary Cahill's enormous summer price tag that he is now worth less than Jlloyd Samuel. Tuesday night's clash at Ewood Park is essentially a sack off, not so much a winner takes all as a loser might as well give up now sort of clash. A rabid, febrile atmosphere is guaranteed and rapid action will be needed upon the final whistle, so much so that I've suggested to both clubs they assemble all their wanted replacements for Kean and Coyle (the usual suspects, Mark Hughes, Steve Bruce and, of course, 12/1 Alan Curbishley) so the club that loses can take a show of hands vote from their fans to appoint a successor immediately. |
