Semoga bisa menambah pengalaman dan jam terbangnya sebagai kiper

Manchester United's Under-23s keeper Kieran O'Hara has joined League Two newcomers Macclesfield Town on loan for the 2018/19 season.

The 22-year-old has been in the Republic of Ireland senior squad and has picked up plenty of experience working with the first team at Old Trafford.

After starting the campaign in fine form with an impressive display against Fulham in Friday's Premier League 2 opener, the homegrown talent has been allowed to develop his game in the fourth tier.

Macclesfield gained promotion back to the EFL last term and will benefit from having somebody who has previously had spells with Trafford, Fylde, Morecambe (where he had two separate stints) and Stockport County.

The opportunity to play first-team football was one that O'Hara was looking to embrace in 2018/19 and his exit should pave the way for Matej Kovar and Alex Fojticek to battle it out for the keeper's slot in Ricky Sbragia's side.

“Obviously, it’s going to be difficult for a club coming up from the National League to League Two but they seem to have made a promising start and had a great result against Bradford in the first round of the Carabao Cup,“ O'Hara told ManUtd.com. ”It’s exciting to see what happens in the draw for the next round as it could be a big club.

“Speaking to the chairman, they’re going in the right direction and have all their players in place, so that they think they can get to where they want to be. So it’s very exciting.

“I’m looking forward to it, getting started and hopefully playing in front of crowds, week in and week out. It’s about showing everyone what I’m capable of. The people have seen here what I’m capable of and it’s proving that on another stage, showing people and the staff at United that I can reach that level and beyond it.”

Everybody at United would like to wish Kieran the best of luck this term as we will follow his progress at Moss Rose.

O'HARA ENDS THE SEASON ON A REAL HIGH

Kieran O'Hara has ended the campaign on a real high, after helping Macclesfield Town preserve their league status with a final-day draw against Cambridge United.

Manchester United's young keeper completed his loan spell with the Silkmen by picking up three individual awards as recognition for his efforts over the course of the campaign.

The 23-year-old won Town's Player of the Year, Players' Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year for 2018/19.

O'Hara was outstanding in keeping a clean sheet in a 1-0 victory at Port Vale in Macclesfield's penultimate game, which left matters in their own hands going into the final weekend.

Notts County were, ultimately, the club relegated to the National League, following a 3-1 reverse to Swindon Town.

There was more good news for O'Hara when he was named in the latest Republic of Ireland squad on Tuesday.

The Urmston-born keeper qualifies through his parentage and coach Mick McCarthy has included the United man in a 30-man party for a training camp in Portugal, alongside Darren Randolph of Middlesbrough and Bournemouth's Mark Travers, who made his Premier League debut at the weekend against Tottenham Hotspur.

Ireland face Denmark and Gibraltar in European Championship qualifiers at the start of June.

Former England defender Sol Campbell did a superb job in helping Town avoid relegation after it looked virtually certain at one point that they would return to the National League.

O'Hara's success story follows closely on the back of another Reds keeper, Dean Henderson, who won the Golden Glove award with Sheffield United and was a key part of the Blades' promotion to the Premier League, in second place behind Championship winners Norwich City.

The England Under-21 international's 21 clean sheets in 44 games were more than any other keeper in the Championship and he told the club's official website: “These clean sheets don't come around without my team-mates in front of me working hard to close people down, so obviously I owe a lot to them.”

O'HARA JOINS BURTON ALBION ON LOAN

Manchester United keeper Kieran O'Hara has joined Burton Albion on loan for the 2019/20 season.

The 23-year-old, who was born in Manchester but represents Republic of Ireland at international level, has agreed to join Nigel Clough's League One side.

The temporary move to the Staffordshire outfit has been sanctioned to aid Kieran's development.

The homegrown Academy product enjoyed a successful stint with Macclesfield Town last term, earning three individual awards at the club, and helping Sol Campbell's men stave off relegation out of the Football League.

The deal represents the first loan move away from United agreed during the close season with more expected to follow before the deadline.
