Now he's possibly revealed the secret behind his success, posting a picture on his Twitter account of him holding a protein shake.

#Tired ,' the picture shows the beaming Gunners star sporting a navy tracksuit and hoodie with gleaming white trainers.

Wilshere also went one better than fellow Premier Legaue stars, who are represented on normal-sized cards for kids to play with and swap.
The Arsenal midfielder, however, has his own giant card in aid of Sport Relief.
Wilshere starred in Arsenal's 4-1 demolition of Sunderland on Saturday, with Gunners fans still reeling from the 2-0 Champions League home loss to Bayern Munich.
With Premier League rivals Manchester United and Chelsea taking their turn for a European midweek, Wilshere and his Arsenal team-mates can concentrate on this Saturday's trip to Stoke's Britannia Stadium.
The Gunners lie just one point behind Premier League leaders Chelsea, who face a west London derby at basement boys Fulham.
