Stoke City defender Ryan Shawcross is in talks over a move to Inter Miami.
The 33-year old has been at Stoke for 13 years since joining from Manchester United for £1million in 2008 and has made 453 appearances for the club giving outstanding service.
However, he has suffered more with injuries in the latter stages of his career and is attracted by the prospect of a fresh challenge linking up with Miami coach Phil Neville and owner David Beckham in MLS.
Shawcross was left out of Saturday's 0-0 draw with Reading as manager Michael O'Neill confirmed talks were ongoing over the defender's departure.

'There's an ongoing situation at the minute with Ryan,' O'Neill said. 'There is interest from an MLS club, discussions are open and forthright on that but nothing is concluded at this minute in time.
'To be fair to the player, Ryan has expressed the interest if the opportunity is given and we as a club have to recognise what Ryan has given us in terms of service,' added O'Neill.
'At this minute in time we didn't think it was the right thing to involve him. He's fit now but he's had bad luck over the last 18 months with injury and until this situation is resolved, we just have to be maybe be careful at this minute in time.'
