Default Re: Paul Labile Pogba

Mungkin Sudah Waktunya Pogba Tinggalkan MU
Mohammad Resha Pratama - detikSport

Paul Pogba 'tells Manchester United team-mates he wants to leave' and Old Trafford stars are BACKING his exit... with Real Madrid and Juventus buoyed in their pursuit of France midfielder by the arrival of Bruno Fernandes

* Paul Pogba has told his Manchester United team-mates that he wants to leave
* Real Madrid and Juventus have both been strongly linked with moves for him
* Pogba's team-mates 'want him to leave Old Trafford for the benefit of the club'

Paul Pogba has told his Manchester United team-mates that he wants to leave the club this summer, according to reports.

The Frenchman has not played since December, starting only six matches this season due to an ankle issue that he has now had surgery on, and is still desperate to leave England this summer.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Pogba's team-mates believe 'his head is not currently at the club' and 'the majority of United players want him to leave for the benefit of the dressing room'.

It is claimed, however, that Pogba 'remains a very popular figure' within the dressing room, despite his public desire to leave United.

Reports in Italy earlier this month claimed Juventus are determined to seal a reunion with the player they sold to United for £89million back in 2016.

United's £68m acquisition of Bruno Fernandes in January is also said to have boosted Juventus' hopes that Pogba will be allowed to depart at the end of the season.

Paul Pogba has told his Manchester United team-mates that he wants to leave this summer. Pogba has not played since the victory over Newcastle on Boxing Day due to an ankle issue. Reports claim Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's players are happy for the Frenchman to leave United

Real Madrid also have a long-term interest in Pogba and are assessing their options in midfield with Toni Kroos and Luka Modric now 30 and 34 respectively.

After playing against Watford on December 22 and against Newcastle on Boxing Day, Pogba underwent surgery on the ankle problem that has plagued him.

He has now had his cast removed from the ankle but there seems to be no sign of an imminent return, with the Frenchman not travelling to United's winter break training camp.

'Pogba is like a Basquiat painting... a little rebellious': Mino Raiola compares Manchester United star and fellow client Matthijs de Ligt to works of art

* Paul Pogba and Matthijs de Ligt both share the same agent in Mino Raiola
* Raiola has compared Pogba to a painting by artist Jean-Michel Basquiat
* Meanwhile, he said De Ligt was akin to Rembrandt's 1642 The Night Watch

It's not uncommon for footballers to be compared to artists and in the eyes of agent Mino Raiola two of his clients are like paintings.

The outspoken Italian has claimed that Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is like 'a Basquiat painting', while Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt is akin to 'a Rembrandt'.

Comparing Pogba to a piece of work from the American artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, Raiola told Belgian site Sport Voetbal Magazine that he similarities due to their ability to express themselves.

Paul Pogba (left) has been likened to a painting by artist Jean-Michel Basquiat. The comparison of Manchester United midfielder Pogba to Basquiat was made by Mino Raiola

'Paul Pogba is like a Basquiat painting. Jean-Michel Basquiat was an expressive artist, a little rebellious, just like Paul,' he said.

Talking about De Ligt, Raiola compared him to Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn's iconic 1642 painting The Night Watch.

'As for De Ligt, he is like a Rembrandt and is proving that with his latest performances,' the 52-year-old continued.

'He is becoming The Night Watch before my very eyes.

'I heard reports he was struggling with Juventus, but I see Matthijs only growing. It's his first time at a foreign club, with a different culture, while he had only been accustomed to Ajax.

'De Ligt is like an oil tanker, you can't expect him to just suddenly change career direction in an instant. He is progressing constantly and, once he decides his destination, there is no stopping him.'

Manchester United 'ready to slash £30m off Paul Pogba valuation' and will sanction £150m summer deal after chiefs 'give green light' to departure

* Manchester United are reportedly ready to sell talisman Paul Pogba in summer
* United are said to be ready to slash £30million off their initial valuation
* It would mean the Red Devils still expect to bank £150m for the Frenchman
* Mino Raiola has told Juventus fans not to give up on the idea of Pogba's return

Manchester United chiefs have reportedly cut £30million off their original valuation of Paul Pogba and will now 'give the green light' to sell the France international in the summer window.

United resisted all attempts from rivals to buy the World Cup winner last summer, as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looked to build his team around the midfielder.

Now, after the arrival of Bruno Fernandes and Pogba's ongoing spell on the sidelines through injury, United are ready to do business, according to the Sun.

It is reported members of the United hierarchy, who were keen to retain Pogba, have now accepted the player's desire to leave is having a detrimental effect at Old Trafford.

United however still want to make a hefty profit on the player who they made the world's most expensive in August 2016.

United paid a collective fee of £100m to sign Pogba from Italian giants Juventus, handing him a £290,000-per week five-year contract.

Manchester United are now reportedly ready to sanction the sale of midfielder Paul Pogba. Pogba hardly featured for United this season and £30m is said to have been cut from his value. Pogba's agent, Mino Raiola, recently told Juventus fans not to give up on the idea of a return

The Red Devils reportedly held Pogba's new valuation in the region of £180m, following his exploits at the Russia World Cup where he played a starring role in helping France to be crowned world champions.

Now, however, a £30m slice is said to have been shaved off the figure, with United ready to do business at £150m and still turn a healthy profit.

The 26-year-old has made only eight appearances for United this season due to a persistent ankle injury.

During the summer he made no secret of his desire to embrace a new challenge, and regularly talked up the prospect of joining Real Madrid.

Following the return of Zinedine Zidane to the Bernabeu, Pogba was understood to have been the top target at the club.

Zidane was reported to want Pogba regardless of the costs, but the two teams could not come to an agreement.

Paris Saint Germain have also been linked, while Pogba's agent himself - Mino Raiola - recently told Juventus fans they should not give up on a return for the star.

Sebenarnya berharap Pogba tidak dijual dulu. Beri kesempatan pemulihan di musim ini dan coba dulu dimainkan bersama Bruno Fernandes selama semusim. Kalau masih "angin-anginan" baru dilepas.. #maunyagitu

'He's a scapegoat': Liverpool and Manchester City urged to rescue Paul Pogba from Manchester United in the summer by Darren Bent as he claims midfielder always gets the 'blame'

* Darren Bent believes Paul Pogba gets too much blame from Man United fans
* He says United should sell the French midfielder for the good of both parties
* He wouldn't be surprised if he makes a move to Liverpool or Manchester City

Darren Bent believes Paul Pogba is getting too much of the blame for Manchester United's current problems, and has urged Liverpool and Manchester City to try and sign him.

Talking to talkSPORT, he said: 'At times you have to feel a bit sorry for him. He's the scapegoat for absolutely everything. Even when he's not playing people blame him and they're always talking about him.'

Manchester United are currently seventh in the Premier League, after suffering through their worst start to a league season in over 30 years.

Paul Pogba has missed much of the term, and is a controversial figure among Man United fans. Darren Bent believes he has been given too much blame, and that United should sell him. United are now reportedly ready to sanction the sale of midfielder Pogba this summer

'I don't think sometimes the social media aspect helps him,' Bent continued. 'When he says he's ill and then he's at his brother's wedding dancing around, evidently that rubs people up the wrong way.'

Pogba has been out of action due to injury for the majority of this season, only playing seven games.

He hasn't featured since Boxing Day, but recently posted progress of his recovery on Instagram, showing him working out in a luxurious Dubai gym.

United chiefs have reportedly cut £30million off their original valuation of Pogba, and have given the green light to sell him in the summer transfer window.

'When someone like a Paul Pogba comes available on the market, and let's not forget he's only 26, there's going to be so many takers,' Bent added.

'It wouldn't surprise me if teams like Manchester City come in for him. I can see him getting in Liverpool's team too. If he's on top, top form, he can get in most teams in the world.'

The former Ipswich, Sunderland, and Spurs striker believes he should move on for the good of both parties.

'Because he's not even on the pitch and we're still talking about him, I wonder maybe if it is best if they part their separate ways.

'Then everyone can solely focus on Manchester United football club rather than looking for a scapegoat, which is Paul Pogba, for everything that has gone wrong in recent years.'

Paul Pogba 'intending to leave Manchester United in the summer' with star's contract set to have just 12 MONTHS left after end of season

* Paul Pogba has barely played for Manchester United recently due to injury
* It has now been reported that he wants to leave Old Trafford in the summer
* United could have a decision to make with his contract due to expire

Paul Pogba is intending to leave Manchester United in the summer window, according to reports.

The midfielder has had a difficult few months due to a series of injuries and has barely appeared for United in that time — playing just twice since September of last year.

He is currently out with an ankle injury and missed out on United's warm-weather training camp in Marbella.

And now the Manchester Evening News are reporting that he is planning to leave Old Trafford after the end of the season.

Pogba's contract will have just 12 months left to run come the end of the current season.

That might mean United have to make a decision on his future ahead of the summer window.

The likes of Real Madrid and Juventus have previously been credited with an interest in the World Cup winner.

Former England striker Darren Bent said last week that he thought a pair of Premier League rivals could be in for the 26-year-old.

'When you talk about Manchester United selling him, I think there's going to be a whole host of teams lining up to get him,' he told talkSPORT.

'I know people are saying they [United] are going to have to take a loss on him, but I can see him going pretty much anywhere he wants – certain teams in the Premier League by the way.

Paul Pogba is 'desperate' to play in Manchester United's run-in as he steps up recovery from ankle surgery - and he could return for derby on March 8

* Paul Pogba hopeful of recommencing outdoor training at United within fortnight
* It's then hoped he could be available for selection within another two weeks
* That throws up prospect of Pogba being available for Manchester derby in March

Paul Pogba is determined to play a leading role in Manchester United's crucial run-in as he closes in on a return to fitness.

Sportsmail understands the France international is hopeful of recommencing outdoor training at United's Carrington training complex within a fortnight.

From there, it is hoped Pogba - provided the final stages of rehabilitation from ankle surgery goes according to plan - could be available for selection within another two weeks.

Paul Pogba is determined to play a leading role in Manchester United's crucial run-in. Pogba's pending return to fitness will come as a key boost to manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

That throws up the intriguing prospect of the midfielder being available for the Manchester derby on March 8. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side face Tottenham the following week in a game that could be crucial in the race to make the top four, with Pogba determined to prove his fitness in time to play in one or both of those two games.

The World Cup winner has spent the most recent period of his recovery in Dubai ahead of his imminent return to Manchester.

The 26-year-old's future is under intense speculation amid talk of a summer departure.

Nevertheless, Pogba is determined to play a key role in United's season finale as they look to qualify for next season's Champions League by finishing in the top four or winning the Europa League. United also remain in the FA Cup.

His future is sure to be an issue for United this summer given he effectively enters the final two years of his deal.

But Pogba is focused on returning to full fitness for United and, of course, France ahead of Euro 2020 before deciding his future at the end of the season.

The midfielder hasn't played since Boxing Day, but his pending return to fitness will come as a key boost to Solskjaer ahead of the season finale.

Meanwhile, United are considering a pre-season tour of India as they finalise their summer plans.

Sportsmail revealed last week how a number of Premier League sides have been forced to delay confirming potential tours of the Far East, which has become a popular destination for United in recent seasons, due to the coronavirus.

Another Asian tour has once again been considered by United, but those plans have been delayed due to the outbreak in China as Old Trafford chiefs seek further advice about the epidemic that has killed over 1000 people. A visit to India has also been discussed.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer fuels fears that Paul Pogba might have played his last game for Manchester United as he only says he would 'like' the Frenchman to feature again

* Ole Gunnar Solskjaer refused to confirm Paul Pogba's Manchester United future
* Solskjaer could only say that he would 'like' Pogba to play again this season
* Midfielder, who has struggled with injuries, has been linked with a departure

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has added to the uncertainty regarding Paul Pogba's future by refusing to confirm that the midfielder will play for Manchester United again.

Pogba hasn't played since December 26 because of an ankle injury and he has been heavily linked with a departure from Old Trafford.

United manager Solskjaer was asked whether Pogba will play for the club again but only stated that he would 'like' the Frenchman to feature in the remainder of this season.

As reported by The Mirror, Solskjaer said: 'Well, of course, I'd like to say that, as soon as he gets fit, he'll be good enough to play for the team. I'm sure Paul's desperate to play for us again.'

Solskjaer was also asked why Pogba didn't travel with the United squad for a training camp in Marbella during the winter break.

He said: 'I don't have to justify every decision.

'He's been in and around here, and of course I okayed him doing his recovery somewhere else.

'As a player, the last thing you want to be is injured. Paul's a footballer and he wants to play football.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer refused to confirm Paul Pogba will play for Manchester United again. Solskjaer could only say that he would 'like' the midfielder to play for United again this season. Pogba, who has been linked with a move away, has endured an injury-hit season at United

'He knows he has to work hard now to get back to his best. He's been out now for so long now, it's a challenge for him as well to get back into shape.'

It has been a hugely frustrating season for Pogba, with injuries having restricted him to just seven Premier League appearances.

The 26-year-old has shown glimpses of his quality since returning to United in 2016, but has found consistency difficult to come by.

Real Madrid and his former club Juventus are seen as possible destinations should Pogba leave.

United, who are in ninth place in the Premier League, return to action on Monday night when they face Chelsea away.
